Tutrabajo.org is one of the websites managed by the CVE (Confederación Vallisoletana de Empresarios). The website is an employment classifieds site based in Castilla y Leon (Spain) that helps thousands of companies in their recruitment process and finding candidates, and much more candidates to find their ideal job.
The website manages a complex backoffice both for comanies and for employees, where each candidate can apply for the job offers he wants, while the company can apply filters, tests and other criteria and tools to every process.
In this project we managed the complete redesign of the platform, as well as the usability and accesibility of the system, resulting in a complete success in transactionability and better use by the users, as well as accomplishing a double A category in the TAW test.
Para nosotros el trabajo es emblemático y estamos muy orgullosos del resultado final. Diseñar un portal líder de empleo en CyL ha sido una oportunidad única de lanzamiento de mielwprks! Nos gustan mucho los trabajos de corte social, de hecho desde q hicimos la web hemos realizado muchos proyectos relacionados con el empleo.
El reto era diseñar una web usable y 100% práctica, una oportunidad para lograr un marco gráfico agradable para buscar empleo, esto parece simple pero ha sido una tarea titánica pero muy enriquecedora. Desde la elección de la paleta cromática hasta el diseño de la interfaz, pasando por la identidad gráfica, todo esta cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. CDm a Mielworks member!
